This website and the installer are separate businesses
This website, trading as Commercial Solar Panels & Battery Storage Manchester, is owned and run by IGN MEDIA LTD (a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 495763, registered office 1 Nikis Street, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus). IGN MEDIA LTD does not survey, design or install solar panels, batteries or any other electrical equipment.
Enquiries sent through the site are passed to CLIQUE ENERGY LTD (company number 09348373, registered office 36 Bridge Street, Bolton, BL1 2EH), which is independent of IGN MEDIA LTD. The installer contacts you, visits your premises, reviews your energy data, prepares the proposal and quotation, applies for any grid connection, and carries out the work you agree to. Any contract for that work is made directly between your organisation and the installer, on the installer's own proposal and terms, and the installer is responsible for the work.
Enquiries, surveys and proposals
Making an enquiry does not create a contract or commit you to anything. The initial site visit, the review of your consumption data and the written proposal are provided free and without obligation.
A proposal's generation and savings figures are estimates. They depend on weather, how your site uses electricity, future energy prices and tariffs, and the grid connection the network operator offers. Treat them as a planning tool rather than a promise. A quotation should state clearly what is and isn't included, including scaffolding or edge protection, any structural work, DNO fees and network reinforcement costs where they apply.
The guide prices on this website, including the cost guide, are broad ranges to help you judge a quotation. They are not offers or quotations.
Guarantees and warranties
The installer's workmanship guarantee for your project is set out in writing in the quotation before you accept it. Panels, inverters, batteries and mounting systems carry their manufacturers' own product and performance warranties, which vary by product and are listed in your handover documents.
A workmanship guarantee covers the installation work. It does not normally cover damage from storms, fire or third parties, faults in parts of the building or electrical system outside the scope of the work, or problems caused by a lack of the maintenance set out in the handover pack.
Business and consumer customers
Most customers for commercial systems are companies, and contracts between businesses are not covered by the consumer cancellation rules. If you are buying as an individual (for example a sole trader installing at your home or a farmhouse), you may have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
